PRESS RELEASE St. Lucia (Thursday 10th February 2011) Atlantis Solar USA Donates Solar Air Conditioner units to school

On Thursday 10th February 2011, the Ave Maria Primary School and the Babonneau Primary Schools were the proud recipients of two 18,000 BTU Solar Air Condition units, one for each of their respective schools. The donation was proudly made by Atlantis Solar USA. The company is the sole distributor for Atlantis Solar USA products throughout the Caribbean, form Jamaica down to Trinidad and Tobago, including the British Virgin Island and Martinique. A training seminar was also held in St Lucia on 9th and 10th February 2011. The presentation was made by Atlantis Solar.  Present at the ceremony were representatives from the Ministry of Education, Financial Investment & Consultancy Service (FICS), Atlantis Solar distributor for St. Kitts, Trinidad, Tobago, Barbados, USA and the local St. Lucia team. Atlantis Solar also committed to further sponsorship to the school by way of LED lighting as well as more air condition units to other school during the coming year. Atlantis Solar’s donation will not only benefit the children by providing a more comfortable learning environment but also result in cost saving which could go towards books and school equipment or better still, the purchase of further energy saving products from Atlantis Solar!
